Return Policy

  • Return Period: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return any item for a refund or exchange. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

 

  • Refund Terms: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed.

 

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

 

  • Refund of Incorrect or Defective Goods: If you received an incorrect or defective item, please contact our customer service team at Info@noristudio.se within 14 days of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions for returning the item. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost to you.

 

  • Repayment Period: Refunds for returned items will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the return. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

 

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Our team will provide you with return instructions and the return address.
  3. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, including your order number and a note specifying the reason for the return.
  4. Ship the item(s) to the provided return address using a trackable shipping service.
